With a Ph.D. in theology and experience in education, the ministry, counseling, sales, and management, Walter began his real estate career in 1989. For almost thirty years, licensed in Missouri and Kansas, Walter has helped clients sell and buy residential and commercial real estate throughout the metro Kansas City area, from a C.1832 home north of the River to new construction in south Kansas City. Especially drawn to our historic neighborhoods, Walter has developed a specialty in historic homes sales and has served on many area boards and task groups. Walter currently serves as a Commissioner on the Historic Preservation Commission of Kansas City, Missouri.
